My roommate just gave me notice that they are moving and I’d like to stay in my current apartment. Looking for a new roommate, currently on month to month, but could arrange a new lease if needed. Your portion of the rent is 837.50 plus utilities. It does have central air and heat and laundry on site. Located in logan square, 10 min walk from the blue line, right on the blvd. Its a very large 3bed 1 bath with enclosed sun porch and separate dining room, all hardwood floors, oak in the common areas and maple in the bedrooms, the third room has not been rented as we preferred it as a guest room/office. The bedroom that is available is large enough for a queen sized bed, dressers, night stand etc to fit comfortably. The closet also runs the full length of the wall and is very long. The closet also separates the two bedrooms to keep noise down.

I work in healthcare finance in the burbs, so it is good for commuting or working downtown, parking is great and I have never parked further than 50ft from my door. Third floor with great views right on the blvd. Good neighbors and amazing landlords. Its only a few blocks from the major gyms, costco, fresh tyme, and not far from jewel or fresh market. Super walking friendly area, I don’t move my car after work and its safe at all times of night to walk around.

I’m 28, love cooking, traveling, biking/hiking and exploring the city and new restaurants, winter and summer sports, etc. Move in is semi flexible, starting towards the end of October through Nov 1st.
