The current household consists of a polite, hard working group of students and professionals who are rarely home and primarily use the house as a place to sleep.
House kept extremely clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared but very well maintained. Kitchen includes platware, silverware, cookware. Great location for students: 1.9 miles to ASU (easy to bike), 4.3 miles to MCC (8 mins by car).
Proviso Language: Prefer someone employed full time or in school full time and have a source of motorized transportation. Please be willing to move in within 21 days from today. No couples, pets, drugs, smoking, or overnight guests.
