House has recently undergone exterior renovation with new decks, new roof, new siding, new windows and new exterior and interior paint !!! Private parking pad in back of lot !!!
Room comes fully furnished with tall 9-13 ft ceilings and own private entrance to room from front porch. Fall and Spring terms are 9 months together. The option to renew for Summer and the following academic year, makes it a very flexible and desirable please to call home!
Rental rates vary based on lease term period and room selection. Your housemates will be other Undergrad/Grad GT Students and/or Coops/Interns/Remotes working in Atlanta. Open to other school students as well!
