Joseph's room

We are located in Delaney Park, Oakley, California. The house is 4 bedroom 1 bedroom downstairs. Downstairs bedroom is occupied by elderly couple. 3 bedroom upstairs, 2 of them are available, the master’s bedroom is vacant and reserved for the owners and relatives. Upstairs has private loft, laundry room and private bathroom. There is bed in each bedroom and walk-in closet in each bedroom. Kitchen downstairs is shared and you will have your own refrigerator and pantry.
I am asking $700 plus $100 utilities. Internet is FREE.

▪️Brand-new house ▪️House is kids friendly as we have kids of our own and trampoline and slides are available in our backyard. ▪️3 mins away to Filipino/Asian store. ▪️8 mins away to Lucky Supermarket ▪️House is secured by ADT with outdoor cameras. ▪️No pets ▪️Reason why we are looking for renters is because we will move out of the country for couple of years and rooms will be vacant. ▪️We speak English, Tagalog, Ilokano (very little) and Kapampangan.

We are not going to stay in the house, my parents will be staying and they are in the downstairs bedroom.
