Abdur's room

I have a one bed appartment, theres a couch and an extra mattress in the living room. Its a pretty cozy space, everything is in place and you could just move in with no hassle. Parking for one car is also available. I’m finding a roomie so i can share the rent, keep in mind its not the best place but it’s pretty peaceful.

I’m the only roomie you’re going to have, I’m pretty chill if you respect me and my place, clean up after yourself etc. You will have my respect. I’m a full time student and Im out most of the days, but sometimes I like to watch movies and chill etc.
