Farmington Avenue

Hey there, I am looking for a roommate or two. I am in the West End of Hartford on Farmington near Sisson. We have a spacious 3 bedroom with a huge balcony, some insuite storage space and a great big red declawed cat, Tony..Tony the Tiger. I work down the road at Whole Foods, like to exercise, and put on meditations in the living space from time to time. I work some EARLY mornings during the week and am quiet and quick to leave in the a.m. I am clean, a minimalist of sorts, and like to be out so you’ll have a lot of alone time.

There are 2 rooms for rent, your choice, and first come first serve with a certified check, money order or cash of course. Utilities are included in your rent (Gas,Water & Hydro). Currently we don’t have or plan on having cable/internet, so if that is something your want, we can talk about it.

The larger room (Room 1) is $650 mo. +$25 if you need a parking spot. The smaller room (room 2) is $500 mo. +$25 if you need a parking spot…I am flexible and ask that you give a months notice to moving out.

There is a large gym, laundry, and tennis courts on the property.
