Private room with a Jack and Jill bathroom, other room is currently occupied but only until mid May. Have gig internet on three bands. Currently 2 dogs and 2 cats are here, so no more pets. Located near Safeway, Walmart, short drive to downtown Brentwood, and within 5 minutes of Antioch Bart. The house has a security system and outdoor cameras. Plenty of street parking next to the home. Shared laundry downstairs. No smoking inside, but the backyard is free game as long as it is cleaned up afterwards. Lots of cool restaurants within short drive. Some furnishings can be provided for the room. Shared kitchen and utensils.

I am a blue collar worker, I bbq a lot during the summer so if you like bbq you get to try my concoctions. I am a 29 year old male. 27 year old female currently in other room, but only until mid May.
