About You Working professionals in their mid/late 20s or early 30s, M or F. Couples are fine. Someone who is responsible, friendly, quiet and respects personal spaces Non smoker, no 420 or drugs. Outside vaping is fine. You’ll be added to the lease so you should have good credit score. Otherwise avalon will increase the security deposit. Looking for someone who would like to hang out, go places with me rather than someone who keeps to themselves.
