Hey there! A room just became available in my beautiful home in a newer subdivision right off N. Road 68 in Pasco. It is 8-10min away from CBC, 12-18min away from WSU Tri-Cities and 20-25min away from Hanford. I am looking for one more roommate. The room is very large with a walk in closet. I can furnish the room with a bed and furniture or if you’d like to use your own that will work great as well.

This is a nice homily place filled with friendly, intelligent, ambitious, like-minded individuals.I am looking for a professional roommate to help with rent. This is an exquisite home so please be a mature adult who does not smoke, do drugs, or drink heavily. This is a clean, healthy home environment free of those things. That being said, enjoying a few glasses of wine or beer is understandable.

The upstairs has brand new clean comfy carpet. All the rooms have key locks on the doors for added security. The downstairs is completely hardwood and tile. The house is furnished new furniture but if you have your own, there is plenty of accommodating floor space. There is an second refrigerator in the garage for extra food, there is plenty of fridge and pantry space.

Pricing Key Aspects:

-The rent is set at $600. -All utilities will be covered; water/sewage/waste disposal, electricity, gas and Internet/wifi is included. -There is plenty of street parking as well. -pets are lovely but not preferred, unless roommates agree -girl/boyfriends who stay over more than 2 nights each week will be asked to help with utilities

Considerations:

If you are a working professional or college student, I know you are going to adore this location. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have proof of stable work/income. I’ll have a few questions to ask to ensure all roommates are quality individuals for everyone’s peace of mind, nothing major. I have a wonderful girlfriend who lives in Gresham who I care for very much. She will come to visit a few times a month. She is a professional who is well behaved and won’t be a distraction. I will also be away a few times a month visiting her also.
