Hello potential roommates,

I am a single professional male living next to Occoquan and seeking a renter for a room in my 4 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. It includes a private bathroom and although not fully furnished, but does have a new bed (was being used as a guest room). There is a laundry room downstairs, access to a full kitchen, internet, water, electric, etc. a basketball court across the street and all the shopping and eating you could dream of very close by. Parking is included right outside.

There is a commuter lot around the corner and the closest metro is Franconia.

Rent price and length of rent is negotiable.
