I’m a non-binary engineer in my late 20s. I am rather introverted but enjoy game nights and Rock Band parties. Music is a significant part of my life, and I am learning drums and guitar. My work schedule can be atypical and hybrid, and I typically have guests once every couple weeks or so. Having a well-kept and organized living area is important to me, and I want tenants to be able to comfortably share and enjoy all the common areas and amenities.

Other roommates are 35M and 53F, both work on-site M-F. We are looking for another professional who can keep common areas clean, be respectful of the space, and observe reasonable quiet hours. No extreme parties, smoking, drugs, etc. and you must follow all HOA rules and guidelines. Being communicative about issues and preferences is a must.
