Shared access to kitchen, dock on lake, paddle boats, patio, and laundry. All utilities (including internet, satellite TV) and association amenities are also included. This allows access to the golf course, tennis courts, pool, gym, library, parks, clubs, Lakes and beaches, fishing, dog park, and all the fun activities. Private entrance possible. Private fenced patio also possible. $800 for 1 person, a little more for each additional person living there to cover the additional utilities.
