Marquette Drive

Roommate of 3+ years just moved out, so looking for new roommate. I’ve lived with female in her mid/late 20’s and prior that a male in his 50’s. So, I really have no preference just want someone that’s mutually a good fit.

3 Bedroom 2.5 bath with unfinished basement. No smoking inside and no pets please.

-Renting the master bedroom, small walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. -$500.00 a month(Includes utilities, high speed internet) -Full house privileges, storage room in basement. -Own parking spot -Access to fresh spring water from water cooler -Only be living with one other person (myself male early 30’s).

I do not require a security deposit, but I also don't plan on making any major changes or improvements to the house until I decide to no longer have a roommate. So, that may be a positive for you as you don't have to worry about being overly cautious, but if you're particularly picky you may not like that. With that said I am willing to flex: -The room needs new blinds(I'll let you pick the color if you want). -Walls in in the bedroom do have some paint/scrape marks from living in and roommate moving out if that is an issue I can consider painting it. -Will shampoo master bedroom carpet prior to move in.
