Kamea's room

Hello! Looking for move in May 1, 2023. This room is very spacious, with its own bathroom. The property includes a lap pool, jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse, and movie theatre, amongst other lovely amenities. Conveniently located one exit away from Mira Mesa blvd which has a ton of food, grocery, and shopping plazas. I have the place fully furnished as well as an in home sauna in the apartment. I have a full kitchen set with an espresso machine (for my fellow coffee lover) and a double-basket air fryer. The room you will be taking has the European king-size bed in it that you are more than welcome to keep in the room and use but it takes up a good chunk of the room. We’re in a very secure gated community, parking inside. Uncovered parking spot.

You will be signing the lease for the remaining months until October 2023. Good credit and paystubs are needed.

I am a full-time Architecture student and I also run a small business for tattooing. Usually at school or at my studio downtown and when I am not I’m home being a couch potato or at the beach. I love health and wellness. I am clean and organized. Very laid back and quiet, my house is my sanctuary and place for calm. I HAVE TWO CATS, and they are hermit crabs so you won’t see them or hear them too much. I love cooking and making cocktails at home.
