Artist/Nurse looking for long term housemate who is clean, respectful, communicative to share large Jefferson Park (near West Adams/USC) ground floor house. Place is fully furnished besides the room. I ’d like to keep the common space as is so not looking for someone who has LR/DR furniture or decorations. The master room has a huge closet (though there is no other storage space available), 3 windows. There is amble parking, laundry in unit. We are right off the 10 freeway, close to grocery stores, Washington Blvd art galleries, a couple nice coffee shops, a park, though the neighborhood is more sleepy than alive. No smokers, couples, kids. Will consider small dog though landlord is strict. Utilities are extra. I’m an artist who recently became a psych nurse. I work 7-7 4 days a week and like to relax at home, cook when not working but also go out and travel a decent amount. I’m straightforward and would like to live with a good communicator and have a positive, easy going vibe at home. I like hiking, film and most of my friends are in the artworld.
