The house is perfectly situated for roommates - there’s space and distance between bedrooms! House is located NORTH of Adams Ave in Normal Heights near the 805 freeway. Centrally located. Super close to downtown, Hilcrest, North Park, Mission Valley, Kensington, Banker’s Hill, Balboa Park, SDSU, UCSD, USD…and many more. Close to 805, 8, 15, and 163 freeways. The house is a craftsman built in 1927. Common areas are furnished. Laundry is just off the downstairs bathroom. Wi-fi and all utilities are included. You can walk to nearby coffee shops (like Lestats, Dark Horse, Starbucks), restaurants (like El Zarappe), bars (like Old Sould, Rosie O’Grady’s, Rabbit Hole). We’re one mile away from the Trolley Barn Park and within two miles of at least three grocery stores. The house has a large porch as well as a peaceful side yard.

The room is downstairs and 11’10“ x 10’4“. The room does NOT share a wall with any other roommate’s room. The room is next to the kitchen and a hallway/built-ins. All roommates must pass a credit and background check. No felonies, nothing in collections. Our home is peaceful and fun. Please contribute to the fun!

We are three social and kind entrepreneurs in our 30s and 40s. Two of us are in a 8 year romantic relationship and we’ve known our other roommate for over 7 years. We are real estate professionals who like to entertain clients, business associates, and friends. Our roommate teaches children how to play the piano. All three of us enjoy personal growth, exercising, reading, great conversations, wine, and socializing. We’re beyond clubbing days but like to have a good time with wonderful friends. We’re looking for progressive and driven roommates who want to (or already doing) great things with their life. Must be clean, kind, and considerate.

We often drink wine on the porch and talk while watching neighbors walk their dogs and watch joggers run by. We have a large garden, so you’re more than welcome to join in the fun.
