Jannika's room

Furnished room in our new built home (2021) of two women, and a teenager part time, plus one hypoallergenic small dog who make little to no fuss. Access to kitchen, and small back yard. Close to amenities and CSUSM. 5 minutes to I15 and I78. 20 min to Carlsbad and beach, 30 to San Diego downtown with all that entails. Street parking available. Trails around the (quiet) neighborhood, access to pool and gym and entertainment leisure area. Room and bath is downstairs with kitchen and living room. Our bedrooms are upstairs.

We are a married couple (F and F), mid 40’s, with a part time teen (F). We love San Diego and all it has to offer. We enjoy traveling and being outdoors. When home, we cook, watch movies/shows or play games. We both work full time, so it’s a calm existence and rarely do we have people over.
