Looking for someone that doesn’t work from home because I’ve got a large parrot that can sometimes be loud during the day. First-come, first-serve on-property parking or street parking out front. My townhome is on a small ungated property of located in NE San Fernando Valley (2 blocks from the Hansen Dam Recreation Center). Metro bus stops are a 1-minute walk from the front door. Extremely close access to the 5, 210, 118 & 170 freeways.

Room is available for rent to an individual person only. LGBTQ friendly. You’d just be sharing the house with myself (adult gay male), 1 large parrot & 1 small dog. No other animals (with the exception of caged birds, reptiles & rodents). Minimum lease is 3 months + 1-month security deposit.
