West Granville Avenue

Hi All,

My roommate moved to Austin in June so I’m looking for someone to move in soon. It’s a 3bedroom but only 2 will be occupied. The other is used as an art/music studio and/or guest room (we could potentially find a 3rd roommate if necessary). It’s a pretty spacious place and we have a projector in the living room. It’s on the 3rd floor and has front and back balconies, which is pretty nice. It’s about 2 blocks from the Redline and a 10 min walk to the beach. We’re also able to sneak up on to our roof. About me… My name is Chad. I’m 32. I have a cat. Her name is Foozer.

I’m a musician/filmmaker/writer and recent MFA graduate so it would be nice to have someone in here who works in the arts or at least pursues some creative endeavors. The apartment is pretty chill most of the time with the occasional (every few months) small party with fellow filmmakers and the like. I’ve done quite a bit of international travel so it would be cool if we had adventure stories to share. I’m open to any age, race, gender, orientation, etc… as long as you’re open to paying rent on time, being nice to my cat, keeping the place relatively clean, and hearing me play music around the apartment. Open mindedness required. Also, theyre putting a washer/dryer in the unit so that’s cool. 420 friendly.
