About the room
My partner and I are moving into this beautiful loft on October 1. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, We would be in one room and you would take the other. Amenities include: dishwasher, in unit laundry, central air, high ceilings, open layout etc.
I’m 25, working as a National Sales Manager for a Foods company out in the suburbs, and my partner is 23, working in childcare while also writing. We both graduated from DePaul in Creative Writing.
We are both really chill and laid back, and also have a lot going on with work and applications for future masters programs so when we’re not out and about exploring the city and meeting up with friends we are reading or writing.
We already have the majority of the furniture we would like to put in the space, so are looking for someone who is hopefully only brining for the most part things for their room. We could discuss further..
The rent is $1000 and we would split utilities (internet/gas/electric) 3 ways. If this sounds good so far, and you don’t have a problem rooming with a couple 👭 let me know a bit about yourself and we could meet up for coffee and discuss further.
