This home is in the beautiful active adult community of Pebble Creek in Goodyea. Home is a 2 bdrm with a den and very large open living room, dining, kitchen area which will be shared and large patio overlooks the golf course. Would like a considerate, neat, non-political person. Must be at least 55. Room is not furnished and bathroom will be used occasionally by guests.
