Emiliano's room

This room is in the basement. The picture are furnished how the last owners had it but it would come unfurnished. Although you wouldn’t have a separate entrance the entire downstairs space would be yours. This space includes a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a lock on the door so you would have your own private space. You would also have access to the main floor, laundry in the house and backyard.

I work full time and am looking at going back to school soon. I am an outgoing person and like to have friends over occasionally. I like to cook and do out door activities. I did just buy this property so I am slowly upgrading certain things around the house.
