I have a 2bedroom 2bath apartment located on the 4th floor with nice views of downtown San Diego and within walking distance to Petco stadium and Gaslamp! You would have your own bedroom which is 10’X11’ and also has a mini walk in closet. You also get your own bathroom and if you have a car there is underground parking for an additional $50/month. You will have to fill out an application and pay a $50 application fee which does a full background check and credit check. The main thing we look for is evictions, open collections from a previous apartment, and criminal history. However if you feel like your credit is low that should not be a problem as long as it is not extremely low. I work in the building so because of that my rent is lower than usual however I can’t afford it on my own. I have 2 dogs named Cisco and Scrappy who are very loving and well behaved dogs but they do shed so just a heads up. I work 9am-6pm in the leasing office and my days off are Sunday and Monday. I do have some furniture inside but it is very minimal so if you have furniture you can bring it since I do not have a lot of stuff in there. I don’t go out a lot usually you will find me either watching movies or playing video games inside. Most of my free time is spent taking my dogs out since we have a dog park located on the rooftop
