Near Bus Stop/Train Station and is next to a Walmart Supercenter, Denny’s, Studio Movie Grill, Microcenter, Hair Salon/Barber & Gas Station all across the street. There is a Fitness Gym, Laundry Center, Outdoor Pool and Parking Access near the apartment building. The Apartment is Central Air/Heater as well as fully furnished, there is a cable connection in the room for your TV. There is also a patio along with the apartment being on the first floor near the front office. This is a Shared Bathroom/Kitchen area and please have a full-time job and keep your area’s clean. There will be a Non-Refundable Deposit of $200 as I already paid the full $300 Non-Refundable Deposit so you won’t have to pay anymore than that. The Move-In Fee Total will be $750, we can negotiate the terms in person once you look at the room. If we get along with no problems we can do another 3 month agreement and you will not have to pay the Non-Refundable deposit again as it will carry over. I will be out of town weeks at a time so you will also be apartment sitting. The Sub-Lease Agreement will have 2 copies for both of us for legal reasons as well as you having a copy of the Master Lease I have. I give receipts for us to have proof of payment. I am Disabled/Handicapped so I have a part time job to offer you if you’re a female room mate interested in the room. I prefer a female and I also have past female roommate references. I do this because I keep a professional relationship at all times as I am also currently trying to finish up my MBA degree. I hold myself to a higher standard of doing business and I hope you do as well. If you have a pet, the pet deposit is $400 and the manager is willing to work with you on payments as long as you keep in contact with payments at all times.
