I live with my daughter who is attending Miramar College and works part-time. I work full-time and have a part-time job. There is off-street parking uncovered. There is a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, park, walking trails. The room is unfurnished but you will have full access to the entire living room, family room and kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the townhouse. Just looking for someone who is a good fit, who is responsible and respectful.
