Hi everyone, i’m subletting my guest room in my 2bd 1b apartment (month to month)

• where: Union City, NJ- 5 minute walk to one of the last 3 bus stops before the lincoln tunnel, ~20 min commute to midtown manhattan (PABT connects to the ACE,123,NQRW,7,S)
• rent: $950- includes wifi, utilities, supplies for the apartment, and a wear and tear fee for the furnishings
• perks: balcony for bike storage and grilling in the summertime, tons of sunlight in the living room, central heating/cooling, vent fan in kitchen parking: parking garage with 24/7 security 10 min walk $5/day with Sundays being free and you can pay on the app
• pet friendly: I have a very friendly cat so you must be okay with him sitting next to you or him touching you
• seeking a respectable roommate, must be okay with creating a cleaning schedule and not wearing shoes inside, early-mid 20s (no gender preference) who doesn’t need to be reminded to pick up after themselves
• you are welcome to use most things in the co-living spaces and your room will be fully furnished (bedding, towels, hamper, hangers, etc.), there is also a second rod beneath the coats in the closet, and i’m open to swapping out the furniture in the bedroom
• I don’t enjoy watching tv but I do have a projector for when guests come over or the occasional movie night that you are also welcome to use
• about me: I love having the apartment feel cold, i’m usually a night owl, and I enjoy keeping to myself but I’d love to be friends 🙂 I’m 23 working as a freelancer, I recently started running and i’m learning dutch so you may hear me talking to myself at times, i enjoy museums and trying out new cuisines in the city as well as recreating recipes at home
