Waiting for the newly refinished hardwoods to dry so I can get updated pictures!

Shared kitchen, furnished living room, laundry and workout area in basement, back deck overlooking lawn and gardens, fully insulated, and all brand new windows scheduled to be installed in the coming weeks.
About the roomies
I run an edible and ecological landscaping business and recently bought a large warehouse with a small loft just down the road. I’ve been staying there, but there’s no shower so I still swing home to meal prep and shower. My girlfriend (the owner) is travelling all of the time so we’ve decided to rent out the 3rd floor “guest suite” which I just finished remodeling.
We are young professionals, mid-30s, excited for the opportunity to share our home!
