Hello we are renting a room with a shared bathroom in our home to a single person Cable, Wifi and Hulu and Netflix and internet. Use of washer machine and dryer (provide your own laundry detergent) Use of common area kitchen ( buy your own food) and living room has a fire stick to watch. Must like dogs we have three. Two little dogs (ankle biters) and two big girls VERY Friendly.Room has queen size bed and dresser and flat screen tv. Must buy your own toiletries and toilet paper etc….We are asking for 530.00.00 all that we mentioned included. Must have verifiable job or income (Social Security) no smoking in home we have back patio with big yard. That is the smoking area. We are 420 friendly. Deposit of 100 and 1- 3-month lease until we see how things work for us all. Thank you!
