RENT NEGOTIABLE I’m currently going through a separation/potential divorce and will be left with my mortgage and looking for a roommate. Looking for a respectful, clean and drama free tenant. I have 2 dogs, a pitbull/lab and bloodhound/mastiff who are loving dogs and are my main priority. My pitbull/lab is 5 and is a sweet heart and my bloodhound/mastiff is a little over 1, so he is still a baby and plays a little rough/gets over excited but is a 90lb lap dog. I’d be happy to introduce them to you whenever. My pitbull is spayed but my blood hound is not neutered yet but i’m currently looking to get him neutered asap - if that’s a concern of yours. I own my house and it’s a split level in lynnwood literally right by the alderwood mall - easily within walking distance if you don’t mind hills. There is a ton of freeway access going both north and south via i5 and i405. This is my child hood home that I grew up in and bought from my grandmother who lives in a separate dwelling downstairs but you will probably never see her but she is a sweet old lady. Upstairs, there will be 1 of two rooms that will be available depending on how much stuff you have. You can have the master bed if you have lots of clothes and stuff and I can take the guest room. There is a “theater room” (kinda small) that has a 77“ OLED tv with a ps5 and a gaming computer if you’re into that stuff with bean bags. The downside is there is only one shared bathroom but I only use it really early morning since I work a typical 9-5 job in north Seattle. There is a garage and attic for storage as well. I’m thinking rent and utilities would be just one single payment that would range between 1000-1200 a month . I live on 1/3 of an acre so there is a decent sized backyard. To keep things completely transparent - I would like to have a female roommate as i’ve had male roommates in the past and have had awful experiences with male roommates who were messy, dirty and somewhat abusive to my dogs but can’t be picky at this point!

I’m a quiet and introverted individual but I am friendly and social. I am a huge nerd so tech, movies, games are a big interest of mine, but I also enjoy exercise, cooking and woodworking. My dogs are my world!
