Orion's room

Looking for a new roommate in a nice house in Centennial hills, right off highway 95! About 20-25 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from the strip. Moved here with 3 friends at the end of last year and one of them is moving out so we need to find a replacement!

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 of them is used as a guest bedroom for anyone visiting from out of town and for family/friend’s. The room we are looking to rent is a corner room at the end of the hall with 2, large 2 person bathrooms in the hall as well. They are both shared between the 2 roommates upstairs and your room, but you can make one of them more personal to yourself, because the other 2 roommates don’t really use the one next to your room. The house is a large open Floorplan and has a big open kitchen and a big open front room. We currently have a ping pong table in the front room, and we just bought a poker table last week. There is also a medium sized pool in the back with a working above ground hot tub and an outdoor kitchen for grilling.

We are all extremely laid back guys and are just trying to have fun and make as much money as possible. 2 of us work in finance and 1 of us is a professional thrifter and goes searching everyday for unique things around town to resell online. There aren’t many rules at all, just do your best to clean up after yourself and no smoking or drugs inside the house. We are looking for someone who thinks they’ll be a good fit at our house. We’d love to have you join us at the gym or out at a casino or nice dinner on the weekends! We stay decently mellow during the week because we all wake up pretty early for work, but like to go out and try to find things to do on the weekend’s. I’d love to start going to some car shows on the weekend because I’m big into car’s and maybe if you’re not new to Vegas like all of us. You could show us some cool spots or things to do!
