Hello, We have a private fully furnished room available for long/short term stays in our 5br coliving/coworking “Artist House” in Little Haiti, just 5 min from Wynwood. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one person. The rent is $1800 (min 3 months stay) per month, $500 per week. Parking included. Unfortunately, no couples or pets!
We are looking for a friendly, like-minded, down-to-earth, young adult who wants to join our little family. We only accept serious applications with a brief introduction of yourself and why you would like to join us.
Our housemates are a group of talented artists, dancers, and musicians who also have serious day jobs. We host inclusive paid events in our backyard every week, including yoga, masterminds, live music, dancing, art nights, and more. Our events have started to become famous, and as our roomie, you can join them for free and even host one of the nights to showcase your talent. It’s an excellent opportunity to meet other talented individuals and be part of a community that is different from Miami’s nightclub scene.
