About the roomies
My husband and I are looking for a new roommate. Our current roommate is moving out at the end of June. We have two cats that unfortunately don’t do well with other animals so no other cats or dogs. Pets like fish, reptiles, ect are okay.
We are fine with other couples or a single person but don’t have room for kids.
We are very laid back and spend most of our free time just hanging out playing video games, bored games, ect.
We are not super picky that everything be clean all the time but we do have a cleaning schedule where everyone pitches in to keep the common areas clean.
We are lgbtq+ friendly and weed friendly (as long as you smoke outside).
The $900 is a rough estimate of 1/3 of the rent and utilities. The actual number will likely be slightly lower, it just depends on how much utilities are.
