Utilities are included w/rent Your room is about 11’ x 10’ with a closet 4’ x 2.5’ and can be furnished or not (see pics). The house has a backyard with patio. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and stone tiling in the kitchen and bathroom. Your bathroom is shared with only one of your two roommates. The kitchen has a gas stove. There is central heat but no air conditioning, but you can use your own in-room air conditioner if you have one.

There is a garage if you have a bicycle, I’m happy to make space for that. If you have a few things to store, we can discuss that but it’s not a storage unit so keep it reasonable, thanks! PETS: If you have a cat, let’s chat about it and make sure everyone can get along. Sorry, no dogs. We love dogs, too, but this isn’t negotiable.
