Rocky Road

4 bedroom, 2 bath house in a good neighborhood with a spacious backyard next to a small park. The house is located close to King Soopers and is only a short commute to CSU’s campus.

Currently there are two long-term residents living at the house and one temporary. Both long-term residents are girls, one is a young professional with 9-5 and the other is a student at CSU. We are looking for another roommate and prefer that they are another girl and/or student, however we are somewhat flexible on these terms as long as our new roommate is cleanly, respectful of others, and most importantly is financially responsible. Additionally, one of our roommates has two pet bunnies that she keeps in her room and the other roommate has a parakeet that lives in the common areas- meaning that, unfortunately, we are unable to have any cats around. Although we are open-minded and like to have lots of fun (including the occasional house party) we are also dedicated to creating a safe and healthy home environment.
