My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate. We live in a 2 bed / 1 bath townhome. We are in the Clairemont area with easy access to the 805, 163, and the 15. There are many restaurants and stores right by our building. Rent is $900 PLUS 1/3 of Spectrum Internet, Electricity. Water included. Room not furnished. The community has a few pools, laundry on site and street parking. 1 bathroom between 3 people. My girlfriend and I are in our 20’s and we work full time from 7am-4pm. We are looking for someone who is also working and who can keep their area clean. Must be 4/20 friendly. Please keep in mind we do have 2 kittens. I can send pictures upon request.
