Hey so me and the gf just moved into a bigger place and are actively looking for a fun, chill roommate. We just upgraded to a 1270sqft 2bd/2bth unit. We currently live above the Plantation UFC at The Rise at Plantation Walk. Let us know what you think. I will attach some pictures of the unit what it looks like to give you an idea. Also, literally 5 min walk/drive to most anything you could need and there’s a bunch of shops/bars/restaurants opening up downstairs.

Rent would be about $1100-$1200 (including utilities). Please feel free to message me if you are interested or have any questions.

The apartment complex does require you to apply with them. We did just find out that they do a credit check so some kind of credit will be required.

Our current lease is for 14mo but you don’t have to stay that long, we just ask that you give us a 30-day notice so we can start searching for another roommate.

About us: Open minded and friendly. Open to new experiences and meeting new people. Both into health and fitness and go to a UFC gym regularly. She is a nurse, training to become a certified yoga instructor. He works in tech remotely for now…so you’ll be seeing him a lot. On the bright side…he is a really good cook. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and like to keep things fun and entertaining. We are constantly looking for new things to do or try. Since we would be potentially living together, we would like to meet face to face to see if we are a fit or click.

Pets: We love animals and they are very welcome here. We do have a well trained and loving 2yr old belgian malinois (45lbs, so she’s pocket sized lol) who gets along with everyone, as well as a cat who mostly keeps to himself and loves to stuff his face. Now the apartments only allow 2 pets max per unit, however if you have an ESA pet, that no longer applies. Also, we are in the process of getting ours certified as ESA as well.
