• Laundry located in the basement -There is a guest bedroom available for friends and family to stay occasionally

• All utilities are included in the rent
• Security deposit of 500 dollars will be due upon move in and this is refundable upon move-out as long as there is not any damage. The first month’s rent is also due at move-in.

-One engineer (male), and one project coordinator (female) We are the homeowners. There is also another female roommate who works in insurance. There are also three female animals (two dogs and one cat who currently occupy the space. -We are between the age of 25-30 and we would prefer roommates who are between 20-35.

• We all like spending time outdoors as well as enjoy some quality time at home—some of our hobbies include hiking, snowboarding/skiing, wakeboarding, reading, boating, soccer, live music, and camping.
