MONTH TO MONTH option available in los alamitos with private room AND private bath.
The apartment is 3 bed 2 bath (I use one bedroom as an office)
There is AC, street permit parking (always plenty of space), paid laundry, & full kitchen access.
Rent:$1300 INCLUDING utilities available early/mid May
There are 2 cats in the apartment already so we cannot accommodate more pets, sorry! (I have one of those litter box robots so the house doesn’t smell!!)

a little about me: I am a work from home teacher, I am usually gone on the weekends snowboarding until the snow melts, at the river, or trying to do something fun! I am in my mid 20s. My bf works construction is gone a lot as well! We are 420 & alcohol friendly but ask that you do not smoke IN the apartment!
