University Landing is perfect for anyone wanting to walk to campus or enjoy the vibe of downtown. The spacious room I reside in is very well maintained and fully furnished, the only thing you would need to add is yourself. They have a gym with a yoga room, club house, and business area with computers available, all of which they are working on expanding. The management team is so friendly and take the time to get to you know you and your pet if you are coming with one.

All the roommates typically keep to themselves, the room stays really quiet. All of us living in the room all have different schedules and rarely run into each other. Also they are students attending Austin Peay
