McKenzie's room

Beautiful new build (2022) home in Surprise, 5 mins from the 303. Close to White Tank Mountains. I have 1 room available. Split floor plan so available room is near the front of the house with shared bathroom but we do not use it. Roommate would have the house to themselves 4-6 days a week. Only home two-three days a week. $700 a month and split bills (average between $100-$250 depending on time of year) or $900 flat. Roommate would have half the cabinets/drawers and pantry. There is room in the laundry room for your stuff as well. Space may be made in the garage for some belongings. Looking for at least a 6 month lease. Backyard is currently not done but will be laying down rock in the near future. I live on a cul-de-sac so we play out front most of the time.

I’m a single mother with shared custody of my two kiddos. We are only home two nights a week and the rest of time I am out of town. My kiddos are 3 and 8. We are only home two nights a week (Mon/Tues) and one of those nights we spend at my parents house and aren’t home until later in the evening. I do have a small dog, toy Australian Shepard but she goes everywhere with me unless I am in the office. She is super friendly.
