THE LOCATION: Located in East Boca right off the 95 freeway and Glades. There’s a shopping center that’s a ten minutes walk away. Includes Whole Foods, Barnes & Nobles, Starbucks, Nordstrom Rack, restaurants etc. Close to FAU as well.

THE ROOM: Renting out the Master Bedroom of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Town House. The Bedroom is unfurnished. Your room (the master) has its own attached bathroom & big walk in closet. Master Bedroom dimensions are 12 feet by 14 feet. The room has a sliding glass door that leads to the outside patio as well. The Room itself will not be furnished. The photo shows a bed & nightstand but the room will be cleared out before you move in.

THE HOUSE: Overall size of the townhouse is 1,350 Square Feet. The townhouse is 1 story and only shares one wall with a neighbor as it’s an end unit which is nice. You will have your own assigned parking spot. It’s a nice peaceful property that has a pool on site. The living room is furnished with a big Cloud Like Couch and 75“ big screen TV. The other part of the living room includes a home gym that you are welcome to use. There is a washer & dryer in unit.

YOU: Be clean & responsible. No drugs & no drama. Have your finances in order. No pets & no couples, single person only. Male or Female no preference.

You can have a guest over but this is definitely not a party house or “where everyone hangs out at”. It’s peaceful, clean and relaxing here and I’m looking for someone who will help keep it that way.

This would be a good fit for a working professional or a student who will have a short commute to school and is spending most of their time at their studies.

LEASE TERMS: Rent is $1,200 per month which is due on the 1st of every month. This includes Water + Internet.

FP&L is separate and is about $100 a month which you will split with the 1 other roommate, so it’ll be about $50 a month for you.

Deposit is $1,200 which is refundable so long as you don’t trash the place and don’t skip out on rent. An additional $100 deposit is non refundable which will cover a month of utilities for AFTER you move out. The reason for this is utilities are due weeks after they are used and I don’t want to chase you up weeks after you move out for this bill.

Room is available Starting April 10

The lease for the Townhouse is until Dec 31st, 2023. Looking for someone who would like to stay this long.
