Amsterdam Avenue

The room for rent is my living room, and it has doors for privacy. It’s a very bright space with an unobstructed view and has a desk, cable television, internet access and a very comfortable pull out couch. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and I have a cat that would rule out anyone with cat allergies.

The apartment is in a doorman/elevator building a block away from the 1,2, and 3 train and two blocks from the B/C train. There’s 24 hour pharmacies and food stores nearby and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.
