The common areas that you share is a living room, dining room and kitchen. The current roomie has use and pays for the garage. He uses the sunroom as his private office space. This house has an amazing, front and backyard with a diving pool that you share! You do share half of the utility bills. Please inquire and I can get you a average price on this if you are interested. It is solar supplied. Please note that we are flexible on your length of stay. Minimum 6 months
