Kalliope's room

We have a spare bedroom (the photo has a queen sized mattress topper in it for reference) with its own air conditioner, a large closet, and north-facing windows that get good light. We live on the rooftop apartment of our building with a large private roof area that wraps around the apartment and we are the only tenants on this floor. The kitchen has a microwave, stovetop oven, and a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There is a laundry room and a small gym in the basement. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the D and 4 trains.

I (23F) live with my partner (19NB) and their dog Max. We’re both CUNY students, I study computer science and my partner studies finance. My partner works from home for their own business. My partner does use power tools semi-frequently for their work, but will only use them at appropriate hours. We spend our free time on creative projects like knitting, painting, photography, various crafts, thrifting, and watching shows like the X-Files, Bob’s Burgers, and Killing Eve.
