I am looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom with a hallway bathroom in a house. This is in a really good neighborhood within walking distance to the river. Must be ok with dogs. Utilities are all included in rent. Must be able to pass background check, proof of income check, and credit check. Month to month and 3 month lease options available

I’m 28 and work in construction. I own the home and have 1 dog. The home is in a good neighborhood near McGregor Blvd and very close to downtown Fort Myers.
