Large 2 stall garage, unfinished basement for storage, fenced in backyard with a patio set and grill. Covered front porch with outdoor seating as well. Fully furnished guest room for occasional weekend visitors. Utilities and internet will cost around $225-250 per person.

I’m 40 years old and have recently opened my own business, located pretty close to the house. I work most days of the week and usually gone 8 am - 7 pm. I’ve rented this house for 2 years and love it! I’ve had 2 roommates in the past and the house is large enough to accommodate that without being an inconvenience. This can be an option to add a third roommate if we choose that option together. Utilities cost around $150 per person with 3 tenants.
