Hi! I’m looking for 3 roommates to fill a 4 bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens off the Prospect Q and Winthrop 2/5. Near delicious Caribbean food, cute bars and cafes, grocery stores (including large healthfood store), and Prospect Park.

About the space: I recently secured this apartment and am looking forward to making a sweet little home with people. The apartment has a gorgeous, old brownstone vibe with high ceilings, tons of windows, two tastefully renovated bathrooms, and ample communal space. Washer and dryer and dishwasher in kitchen. 3 modest bedrooms available, all of comparable size, each with a closet, and window showing trees, sky, and rooftops of smaller houses nearby. $860 per room.

About me: I am a queer woman/genderqueer person from Brooklyn, in my early 30’s, working in the environmental justice sector. I write songs and poetry, love setting up homes full of art and whimsical furniture, am friendly, thoughtful and goofy, and look forward to a home where people can enjoy each other in the communal spaces and also feel comfortable doing their own thing. I’m looking for people who are excited about this vibe! And people who have shared values around social justice and creating a safe and welcoming space for queer people and people of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
