Hi, Friends! My roommate is moving in mid-April she got a ✨ new ✨ job in Cali. I’m looking for someone to take over her lease until the end of November. The apartment is in Cherry Creek / Glendale - it’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver and a 15-minute walk to downtown Cherry Creek. She had the Master Bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath. Our unit has an office/den, mountain view, and patio. The building has a rooftop, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is around $1900 each month - everything included; utilities, a reserved covered parking space that we share, wifi, heating, etc.

I am very low-key usually you can find me at Orange Theory, squeezing avocados in Trader Joe’s (which is a 4 min drive away) volunteering, or reading under a pile of blankets. I work remotely or from a local coffee shop. I love a good pre-game, cheese board, and night out dancing. Cheers! -T
