The Space: About the apartment: Location in downtown Hoboken this place is perfect for commuters and anyone that wants to be in the heart of all that Hoboken has to offer. A 5 minute walk from the path and within 5-10 minutes of any type of restaurant and/or bar you could think of. Also one block away from the water and the piers which is cluttered with people. Even though we’re right in downtown it is still relatively quiet as well. We’re renting out 1 room in this three bedroom apartment (see floorplan) it is room #2 on the floorplan. It fits a queen bed and desk comfortably along with a plenty of room for a dresser. There’s an in-unit AC/heater in every room so you can personally have your room at whichever temperature you want. Also an in-unit washer/dryer which is one of my favorite things about the apartment. The room does not come furnished but the rest of the apartment does. You’re more than welcome to bring some of your own stuff if you have any but if not then it’s not a big deal. The rest of the apartment is two other rooms, one is the master with it’s own bathroom and one other bedroom with a shared bath which you will share with one of our current roommates.

About us: I’m 26 and currently moving out to move in with my girlfriend. Your future roommates will be two males one in their early 30’s and one in their late 20’s. Ryan (30s) is a sales director and works from home. Mike (20s) is a construction superintendent and commutes into New Jersey or New York depending on where his job is taking him. All of us are clean people and like to keep the common areas clean. Both Ryan and Mike do a lot of Zog sports, Ryan is mainly into football and Mike plays Rugby. When we are both home we’re usually hanging out in the living room watching random TV shows or football games during the season.
