East Turquoise Avenue

I have a spare bedroom with its own private bathroom in the North Mountain Village area of Phoenix. Please note, the room is unfurnished. The home is located within walking distance of many hiking trails and the 51 freeway. It’s a really quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms along with a garage. There is enough storage space. The only bill we would split is electric.

It’s only my dog (3 year old golden retriever) and I living in the home. He is super sweet and very chill, I don’t think he knows how to bark. I like to keep the house clean and organized. I work from home 2-3 times a week and go in the office for the rest. My GF is a travel nurse so I’m typically out of town once a month. I live a pretty quiet life and keep to myself.
